
Policies & Expectations
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy : I do understand that things happen and I strive to make your experience exceptional. Please know that without proper notice I are unable to fill the time slot where I could have taken another guest.
Guests are required to enter your credit card information to reserve your appointment. This is no deposit, $100 fee for Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment. All appointments must be confirmed 48 hours in advance. A courtesy text reminder will be sent but if I do not hear from you; your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a $100 fee.
Rescheduling : If you need to reschedule please dose more than 48 hours before your appointment. This Allows me the time to fill the time slot. There is no fee for rescheduling as long as its done prior to the 48 hour mark. If you do reschedule more than twice you will be charged a $50 fee to confirm your future appointment.
Late Policy : If you are more than 10 mins past your appointment please Text Kelly at 210-386-1672. In the event that you will be more than 10 mins late for your New Guest appointment, we will be unable to honor your appointment and will result in $100 fee.
No-Show Policy : In the event you fail to notify Kelly before 48 or 24 hours or day off a cancellation and do not show up, you will be subject to pay in full. If you choose to schedule a future appointment after no showing you will be require to a fee towards your next visit of $100, that will count towards your next salon visit. If you no show more than once you will not be a guest of the salon any longer.
How to come to the Salon for your appointment New or Loyal Guests:
Please come into the salon with your hair clean Day 1 hair, detangled ( I do charge a fee if not detangled properly), Dry, no ponytails, buns, clips or protective styles.
Refrain from using anything that contains heavy butters and butters ( i.e. Shea Moisture, Cantu, etc.)
Hair worn down in its most natural state very minimal product
Please take the time to throughly detangle in the shower while your hair is soaking wet with a thorough amount of conditioner, you can use a comb or brush while soaking wet.
These instructions are to ensure that you will get the best possible shape for your curls and achieve the best curl journey customized to you. We will discuss realistic expectations of your curl journey and how to achieve those goals.
Realistic Expectations
I strive to deliver exceptional experience through our time together! Your curl journey may depend on your previous experiences such as traditional haircutting, chemical services, color services, heat damage, etc. Together we will discuss how to bring your curls back to life! Please be patient with your hair and yourself, it will take time and practice. Your curls will reward you!
Salon Experience Adjustments: I do know we all make mistakes and I strive for all my guests to be satisfied with the services that they receive. If you are having any difficulties with your cut, please let me know within 14 days of your visit, and i’ll be happy to correct any issue with no additional charge.
